We with MIT President, Susan Hockfield. (Getting congratulated after getting awards at MIT Ideas competition).
Today is a special day for us :).
My team has won 2 big awards in MIT Ideas competition:
- Winner in MIT Ideas judges award - Awarded 5000$ for this.
- Winner in MIT Global Choice Community award - We got maximum votes in the competition. Awarded 5000$ for this one too.
We pitched our project EyeCatra - A low cost snap-on for mobiles which is a self diagnostic for detecting cataract. Its accurate, portable and targeted to help the rural community.
We also got congratulations from MIT President, Susan Hockfield for the awards.
